One of the best hair stores in east new York. The beautiful tall lady in the wig department is one of the nicest people I have ever met. So helpful and knowledgeable. They offer great deals when you buy in bulk.

I’m honestly really disappointed with Hair Town Beauty Supply. Their posted closing time is 7PM, but I got there at 6:30 only to find the doors already locked. I knocked, thinking maybe it was a mistake, but someone inside just told me, “We leave at 7.” That makes no sense—if you leave at 7, that means you should still be open until then, not closing the doors half an hour early. It’s frustrating to rush over after work thinking I had time, only to be turned away. If you’re going to shut down early, at least update your hours or put up a sign so people aren’t wasting their time. I won’t be going back.

This is a beauty supply store that carry a variety of supplies. Wigs, hair weave, makeup, skincare, hair care etc. There's an employee that takes care of the hair, awesome lady. The men are very nice, the rest of the women are not very helpful at all. Parking across the street.

I've supported this store for some years, yet after a long hiatus I didn't expect such a rude experience at the checkout. I was greeted by two men and the lady in the wig section was so sweet and friendly. I get to the checkout and I'm not even acknowledged by either of the two cashiers, I literally stood there as they had a full conversation. That was very disappointing and I'm not comfortable visiting this store again.
