Sad to say this I Because I’m so disappointed But some of their skin care and hair products are fake. I have been shopping with them for 10 years, spent thousands of dollars and always liked them but the past few months almost every product I buy is not the original. Verified multiple times. And one of the cremes I have been using for years broke me out badly. Not sure if they are aware, or not of the fakes But sadly I am opting in buying straight from the companies to avoid fakes@hairtownbeautysupply please verify your vendors before buying

Excellent products and friendly customer service for the past 20 years

Do not recommend. Customer service was the worst. Asked for help finding hair the cashier just standing there looking dumb founded. I gad to ask again. Then i asked if they had a certain color hair they automatically said no & i end up finding the hair myself. On top of me waiting for her to answer me about the hair she has a customer behind me reach over me to pay instead of telling him to go to the next cashier. I’ll never go back there & I’ll never tell anyone to go there. Customer service sucks !!!!!

This store gave great customer service. Friendly woman helped us find a wig. Tried on many different wigs and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She did not mind that we took our time. Signed up for store rewards and got a discount upon what I spent. 10/10 I would definitely recommend shopping here.

Very well organized & with great products! The staff here is friendly, attentive & knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place for any hair product needs.
