Josephine is beyond and incredibly person. She listens and she is honest. She knew exactly what I wanted for my extensions and wanted me to wear them for a while before she charged me. She is a fabulous and caring person!

This business cares about their clients. My wife came here to get her hair done I witnessed the owner not only take care of my wife. Explaining what would suit her best. She also took the time to check out out one of her clients new cars. (She took time to check it out because they were happy about it) Josephine is amazing! Its truly amazing to see a small business owner to take a moment to celebrate the fact that one of her customers were able to buy a car that they love

Josephine did a beautiful job styling my hair! I was looking for a half-up hairstyle. I sent her some pictures in advance. She was able to perfectly capture the look I was going for while recommending the best style for my hair. I could not have been more happy with my experience. Josephine is wonderful!

Was visiting from out of state and really needed a color and cut. Read great reviews about them and decided to give them a try. So grateful. Had a wonderful experience. Josephine trimmed and colored my hair. Mason washed, did the finishing rinse and did a terrific job drying my hair. They were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely make an appointment next time I am in Massachusetts.
