When I walked into the salon, I wasn't given any information about the wait time. After waiting for 35 minutes, I was informed that the people who arrived after me would be serviced next. I was asked to wait because the staff were finishing up with clients from another salon. Even after waiting, the salon staff member took their time to clean and take payment. Frustrated, I eventually left without being attended to
