Hair Therapy

I went to Hair Therapy a lot over the years for different services and was always very happy after. But that all ended when Sonya didn't show up for an appointment I had made with her. No phone call from her to cancel or to tell me she's running late. She just didn't show. I could have not shown up and done other things on that day too, but I didn't, because we had a SCHEDULED appointment. That incident showed me that Sonya is VERY unprofessional and has no regard for my time or keeping her appointments. Because of that, I will NEVER go back there.

Sonya is amazing! I have never had a stylist who I trust one hundred percent until her! Love the new location and atmosphere!

The costumer service at this spot is superb. I had the best experience with Sonya. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so very much. I recommend her for all your massage needs in Saginaw, MI.

Sonya is awesome and Heather gives all three of my boys the best haircuts ever.
