They might be nice there , but the service I got was far from nice . My son’s wedding was last week. They didn’t even wash my hair , just looked awful. The makeup girl was ok, yet her clothes were dirty. Then they charged 375.00 for my daughter in law and myself. It all took about a hour. Highway Robbery for poor results . I do my hair better than they did. Never to return

I highly recommend the staff at The Hair Team. I have been using their services for a few years now for my colors and cuts. They are friendly and knowledgeable and provide you with their professional opinion and options. There was one time that I was not 100% in love with my color and they immediately wanted to fix it and made it so that I could get in right away. They are accommodating to schedules with their hours. I can't wait until my next upcoming appointment.

Very nice staff. They were able to get me in last minute which was much appreciated. However, when it comes to the actual service provided, it was a pretty rough experience. Took about 35 mins for a men's fade after trying to save it several times. Choppy all over, missed hairs. Asked her to rinse my hair to get the loose ones out. She didn't even get my whole head wet. Really don't think I'll go back.

Was a loyal customer for almost 4 years. The stylist I had left and the new stylist I went with did a great job but the service is gone. I called twice with the promise to be called back to schedule an apt with no follow through. Over the course of 4 days and finally after the 3rd time calling to leave a message I informed Dawn it had been almost a week with no call back and she came across rude over the phone. I always thought very highly of this place and am very disappointed to see how quickly the service has changed. I hope this was just my bad experience and nobody else gets the same treatment I did.

Talyn did a wonderful job. Actually got a cut from her at Beauty School so the student has become the Master. Witty, Kind and Ready to cut hair. I will be back.
