They have a lot of good wigs but it always seems like the workers have attitudes, and every time I go it feels like I am being watched a lot and I do not like that it makes me uncomfortable, so I leave and go to another beauty supply . They have great wigs but they are pretty thin. I went to see the human hair wigs and not only are they just flat out thin they’re not as cute as the synthetic. The human haired wigs are not good looking at all, if I see human wigs I am expecting full , thick wigs not as thin as synthetic.

Gave em ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because his staff is Kool they actually take the time to help you with out acting like it's a problem lol but their wig selection is only ⭐⭐ not a lot to choose from they need to set up there wig inventory.other then that they do have everything else ur gonna need 1 stop shop but if ur looking for lace fronts I wouldn't suggest prices are avg

I’m disappointed in the service I received today. The return policy is very strict. I spent $93 on braiding hair that my stylist couldn’t use because of the poor quality. My receipt said “all final sale items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable” but not that “all items are final sale”, so I came back the same day to explain to the store owner what happened and he pointed out the final sale signs behind and on the counter. That’s fine, I can accept that, but he insinuated that I tried to return something used so he could sell it to someone else. That’s what I didn’t appreciate. I explained the situation calmly and he still spun it as if I was trying to scam him. But when you enter a store that has people’s pictures posted at the front door creating an environment that s

We purchased hair for a sew in, the hair that was on sale did not match my child’s hair so I returned it. The man at the counter had a very nasty attitude. SAVE YOUR MONEY, don’t purchase anything from here. Go on Amazon or to another beauty supply. Trust me…

I LOVE this Beauty Supply! Mr Lee has always been so kind and the staff is very helpful. I will definitely go here for all my hair and beauty supply needs!
