Michelle is a long time TOWNSEND business owner. She started out working for another salon owner, then rented space in a joint environment and finally setting up in a place of her own with her business partner Jill. I have followed her all the way through for her talent & customer service. Her community spirit is as genuine as her business ethic as exemplified by her sponsoring of local non profits. Went in for first time after referred by a friend, hoping to find the home town hairdresser dor my daughter like I grew up with. Walked in and loved the decor, the ppl were super friendly. My daughter loved her hair cut and mermaid blue hair color! My haircut is coming up, looking forward to it.....may just have found home?!
