I was visiting Pittsfield, Mass, and was very hesitant to schedule a haircut at a new salon as I’m from out of state and very attached to my regular stylist whom I love especially when cutting 14 inches of hair but he wasn’t available. I was scheduled with Sandy who was very kind and patient! Knowing I was nervous, she took her time to listen to exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions. She handled my hair donation beautifully and made sure I was comfortable with the process and hair style checking in throughout the cut.
