Erika is a top notch stylist and consistently does an amazing job. She has extensive experience, very thoughtful and strategic, and very personable. I was a walk in for my first experience with her and can’t imagine not going to her moving forward. I’m a huge fan!

Called for an appointment but had to do walk in since my usual was booked but has squeezed me in quick before for a trim. I let them know when, showed up to the place closed over an hour early. Could see someone in there dart to the back and not open the door, not answer the phone, no notice on the door or anything. They text me later saying they started their winter schedule, but didn’t post that anywhere and even with the schedule change they still closed more than 30 minutes early knowing people would be there. Been going here for a while but this was ridiculous. I had a trip I’m leaving on this week and would have loved to get it cut before I left and communicated that too. They do great work but don’t bank on them being there.

Made an appointment for a wash, cut and blow dry! Got to my appointment and the stylist thought I was there for a wash and blow dry. She washed my hair and I asked to have it long layered like I get every time I go there. She ended up just trimming my hair.. I even mentioned when she was done cutting that it still seemed very thick and heavy, but she said no it’s good! Even my husband and son said I thought you were getting your hair cut today! Talked to the manager and she said that the stylist I had was new and that I could go back in to get it cut by a more experienced stylist, but I had an event to go to and went somewhere else..costing me more money! I have been a long time customer, but will not be going back! Not sure I want to take a chance on what kind of cut I will get next time!

Erika was absolutely amazing. It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she was so kind and patient with her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had. When she cut my hair she was great and styled it just the way I do at home. All in all it was a great experience and I already booked another cut and color. Thank you Erika!

Erika is always a pleasure to work with. My son's on the autism spectrum and she always treats him with the most respect, and she's the only person he'll go to for a cut. Thank you so much for such a fabulous service! He looks amazing!
