Hair Structure By Design

Robert has done my hair twice now and I will never see another stylist! I’ve always had issues getting my hair done in the past but never here. He truly cares about making your hair look the best it can while also giving you what you ask for. Also, I’ve read a few reviews about the customer service which I strongly disagree with. Everyone is so kind from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. 10/10

I read the review from a client who was late for her appointment. Appalling! Never be late for your hair appointment! It's disrespectful to the stylist, in this case Robert, and to me, the next client. You are taking a part of my of my time slot. Not acceptable! If you are going to be late, the proper thing to do is call the salon. I find it hard to believe that Robert and Kenn spoke to you with disrespect. I've been a client seven years because they're awesome. If you were having a bad day, and we all do, don't take it out on Robert and Kenn. And may I add, the world doesn't revolve around just you.

Had my hair cut first time in 3 yrs. Talked to the guys first was a little nervous. Robert was absolutely amazing. Will never go anywhere else. Love my new look. Thanks a million.. You

There’s no reason for me to go to another salon and there hasn’t been for 20+ years (I know shocks me too). But it’s because I have never been unhappy with my hair. The color and cut are always beautiful. People always ask who does my hair. And that’s the best compliment Hair Structure can get! It doesn’t hurt that Robert and Kenn are gems!

Great place to get your hair done . Robert is amazing, and I always get a wonderful cut, color, wash, and style. You always paid the same price . Oh, I can't forget about Ken he is terrific they both have great customer service.
