Day before Veterans Day I needed a haircut as I was invited to Ripley School to be honored with other Veterans. I'm retired Navy and I wanted to look good. Natalie was very sweet and gave me the haircut I needed to look good for the young ladies 😆. When it came time to pay, she said "NO CHARGE." I was moved ... so I tipped her $20. I will now trust Natalie to keep me lookin' good for the women. Best to call for an appointment 😌. I was a walk-in and had no time waiting 🙃.
Natalie got me in within a week. I have trust issues with cuts and she pulled through! will be returning
Hair Struck Salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is personable, yet still very professional. I have always experienced great customer service. They are happy to answer all my questions. Rachael Dooley is my talented colorist and hairdresser. She is also an active listener which enables her to achieve the look I want.
Apparently they don't take walk-ins for men's hair cuts.. The place was nice, but the lady who "greeted" us wasn't and didn't even offer to make an appointment. Definitely failed the vibe check.
Unable to get a response after many attempts to get an appointment. Not sure even still in business since they don’t take calls or respond to firm messages.
