An absolutely amazing experience! The cashier was incredibly delightful, ensuring that I got exactly what I had chosen. The hair is truly exquisite, boasting a natural and stunning appearance. I'm absolutely smitten with my new hair!.

The owner is absolutely awful! He was rude and his Exchange policy is extremely misleading. I read the receipt and said ok I can exchange but not return within 5 days, as long as it's unopened, fine. But he said no look closely and when I did the list of things that cannot be exchanged was EVERYTHING IN THE STORE! So basically even though he says he does exchanges, he does NOT! I tried to explain to him how that's misleading and he should have just put all sales final and leave it at that. I told him I didn't even want my money back, just something I could actually use! He told me he didn't care and he wasn't exchanging anything. So if you shop here, You better be 100% percent sure it's the product you want or better yet, just shop somewhere else.

Atmosphere: young black/ brown skinned female (including all pronouns) customer is stealing & lack respect. We know this by the gentleman working there checked the area were we were shopping after we completed our purchase. Not to mention, the ridiculously inflated prices! Final thought: Not a place for southern bells or out of town ppl to shop while feeling welcomed & respected at the same time. 2nd time shopping here & last.

So I was planning on buying a Butterfly loc crochet but one of the lady gave me something else and said I could also use that to make butterfly loc and she tried convincing me and i i fell for it but now that I'm at a hair salon they said it's a lie, the hair that they gave me isn't able to do that and they told me i should exchange it, and that should be an exception especially since it was the worker that made me buy it. So i called them and they said i can't exchange it. There should be an exception to when you can exchange but to them there's none

I always come here and it's a disaster in the making. The best times to come are usually in the mornings when they first open up. Otherwise it's chaotic especially on payday friday... employees are sometimes friendly but not all the time. Depends on their mood that day tbh.. they don't have much in stock unless you go towards the end of the week when the majority of their customers come in for product. My advice go there if you certainly need something if not shop online elsewhere.
