DO NOT BOOK WITH DESTINEE!!! We agreed to cut 3 inches of my hair and she cut 6 instead. The description for the service AND DESTINEE both said it would just be a trim. It was not. It was a hair cut and a bad one at that. My hair was recently cut by a master stylist. Destinee ruined that cut. No one asked her to cut my hair in this U shape. She and the service description also said my hair would be left in its existing shape yet she cut healthy hair to give me this terrible cut. She either needs to be fired or demoted to apprentice. She is not ready to cut hair unsupervised. She needs to practice and learn more. And clients need to be told she is at an apprentice level stage before she picks up scissors because she obviously wants to be Edward Scissor hands. After being butchered I saw so

I don’t even know where to begin, I will not be coming back to this salon again. When they asked me if I wanted to book my next appointment i said “Nah I’m good” I originally came in for a Blow and Go, I arrive 30 minutes earlier and still i had to wait for another 20 minutes past my appointment schedule, to then be charge for a shampoo assistance fee. Is it my fault that my stylist (Zarreah) wasn’t available at my set appointment? No. Anyways I don’t know how many times they gonna ask me when was my last trim, it was literally 4 months ago and they gonna say i’m due for one, when clearly my hair was not as bad as what she perceive. What she was looking at was my terrible cut done by Destinee the last time I was there. I honestly thought I would give this salon the benefit of the doubt. B

I wish I could give this place zero stars because that’s how upset I am at the customer service and the all-around poor reception. I’ll begin my story by saying that I originally had an appointment booked for August 7 however, that very same day I had a medical emergency that required me to cancel my appointment. Hair and space is a pretty strict cancellation policy, which is fair. Totally respect it so when I called canceling my appointment, I had shared with them that I had a medical emergency and they say graciously allowed me to move my appointment to the next month. Unfortunately, that medical emergency extended and I was in the hospital for another month and a half, so I was not able to make the next extension. I called them after learning this to let them know and they extended it

Giving 3 stars to average out my experience. 5 the first time, 1 the second My first time was a positive experience. The second time I went back was the complete opposite. Not only was I told that my healthy cut needed to move quickly because I was "at the end of my time" (note I was there on time and my hair was detangled so there was no extra time spent), but my hair was butchered. I came in with completely healthy hair as indicated in video, photos and statements from my stylist Destinee. She put the cape on me to indicate where she would trim.. and then inexplicably she cut my hair at least 3 inches above where we discussed. My stylist Camille has been my rock in my hair journey! I come in once a month for a blow out and steam and my hair have been flawless ever since switching to her. My hair has grown so much and it's so healthy! Camille has done her thing with my hair! Not only is she great at what she does, she's also kind and fun to be around! I highly recommend her!
