I have gotten color & highlights for 20 years and this is the worst experience of my life. I am new in town and looking for a good salon, I saw good reviews for this but BEWARE. Entering this salon was the worst mistake. I was in her chair for over 5 hours for her to fix the mess she created. I went in just for a haircut and she convinced me to touch up my roots. I have light brown hair but she ended up completely dying my whole head black, not brown but BLACK. I told her my hair is the wrong color and she tried to blame me saying thats my natural hair color, IT IS NOT, I am a natural light brunette. She then proceeded to give me highlights as an attempt to lighten my hair but gave me horrible stripes of orange-yellow throughout my hair. My hair is completely dry and damaged now from mixin

Kitty is great. She is very good at her job. Ive been here a few times and always leave happy! She is very friendly and it's a nice atmosphere . Will be back again.

Wow. I was able to get an appointment quickly. She said she's been doing hair for over 20 years and you can tell. My hair feels and looks amazing. I will be recommending her to anyone that asks!!
