Hair Situations

You be the judge. Does this look like a good haircut to you? I'm always friendly and polite to people cutting my hair because I don't want them to mess it up on purpose. I showed the barber a picture of what I wanted (see top left of the photo). My hair was about 6 inches long when I went in, so I obviously needed it much shorter to match the picture. The barber buzzed the sides, but left the top long. The entire time, he was banging the clippers against my head so hard it gave me a headache, but I remained polite. When I saw he left the top of my head long, I kindly asked him to shorten it, showing him the picture again. This is what he did. I usually spend $15 dollars on a haircut from the chinos and travel far for a good fade but decided to try this place and spend a little more assuming I would get a better haircut, boy was a I wrong. I asked for a medium skin fade and even showed the barber Mitch a reference video of my haircut so he can have a better idea of what I wanted rather then me not explain it correctly. The scissors he used must have been dull because i kept feeling the scissors pull my hair out from the root. I mentioned that my beard may have been uneven from me cutting it myself but instead he made it worse.i never usually get cuts/scratches from barbers in the past using a straight razor but he kept nicking me with the clippers. Nothing against him he seemed pleasant but the haircut itself was terrible.

I absolutely love this barbershop!. The atmosphere is beautiful and very professional. You are greeted when you walk in by the OWNER himself "Mitch" and he explains the whole process of what they are doing to your hair. The beautiful ladies that wash, condition, Carmel treatment, blow dry, etc....are also very knowledgeable and professional. They also offer beverages and snacks as well. My barber/stylist Mitch which I had twice, I had an appointment and I felt like I was talking to my brother, uncle etc.....absolutely love dude. After getting up from his chair I felt like I could do a hair commercial. It's a beautiful thing to see beautiful Queens and Kings operating a business and offering exceptional service. I wish the owner Mitch and the whole staff much success and prosperity.!!!!!!

This shop is absolutely amazing! I have been coming all the way from Delaware for over three years now. There's no one other than Mitch that I'd trust cutting my hair at this point. He takes a lot of pride in his work, has the ability to cut a very diverse styles of hair and he, along with Saleem and the other barbers and patrons, always provide a friendly atmosphere. I always have a great experience and leave with confidence that I look great. Thank you Mitch!

I have been going to this barbershop since i was 11 years old: I am now 25. Mitch is a great barber, with a clean and professional environment. Throughout my years i have even brought friends with me who feel just as passionate about the glow you have after one of his cuts . My most recent Referral was my girlfriend who Mitch did an amazing job with. Would highly recommend. Absolute 5 stars.
