I had my first appointment with Ciera a couple of weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed with the salon and her approach to hair care. I learned a lot her and left with my hair being the softest and straightest it has ever been without a relaxer. I will definitely be back. Hair Secrets Studio is my new salon!

Ciera is excellent at her craft. She is both patient and attentive to what each client's hair actually needs. My hair has never felt more loved and hydrated. She goes to great lengths to deliver and experience and end result that the client is happy with. Unlike other salon experiences, the expectation is not to sit around all day. She honors appointments and gives an estimation on the duration of a service when booking. The vibes are good, the playlist is good, the conversation is good (if you feel like talking), it's hair therapy and you hair is going to look great! Her process is her process, and you have to trust the process, but know that you will not be disappointed.

I just first want to say, I've been to alot of hair dressers in the past that haven't taken the time to tell me about my hair and hair in general and how it grows and can grow longer and healthier. Ciera is just the opposite. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to share what she thinks it's take for your hair to get healthy. I really appreciate that. You can tell she cares and took the time to learn alot about her profession. On top of that her salon is very clean, I was seen as soon as entered the door, no waiting for her to finish the client before me. And while she was doing my hair, I didn't have to wait for her to finish eating or talking on the phone. She explained to me what she was doing throgh the whole process and it was so relaxing I even caught myself falling aslee

The shop offers many haircare services, my stylist is kind , courteous, a great manager of time and a bomb stylist. I leave feeling like a million bucks and I get to have a complimentary piece of Ghirardelli chocolate. She never disappoints
