As a new client, it can be nerve-wracking to sit in the chair, but Kim made me feel completely comfortable and informed about how we could achieve the look I wanted. I have dark, thick hair, and she put in an impressive amount of work to give me the best color and cut I’ve had in a long time. Listen, if you’re going to read a review then this is the one. Before visiting Kim, I had dyed my hair myself for five years with red and black, the two most challenging colors. I let my hair grow for about five to six months before coming to her, and my roots were quite noticeable. It was evident that my hair looked like a child had played with a blonde Barbie and sharpies. I’ve had a few stylists turn me down, telling me to give up on my hair and let it grow to have a fresh canvas. When I went in for my consultation with Kim, she was confident in her ability to do it. She advised me to buy specific products (which I did), and they made a significant difference in my hair.
