Shay is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever had. I’ve trusted her with my hair for years, and she continues to exceed my expectations every single appointment. She combines true technical skill with creativity and attention to detail. I always leave her chair feeling confident, refreshed, and completely taken care of. I recently went to Belle Toi Salon in Westchase for the first time and was absolutely blown away. I was with Shay Jacobsen, the best and only hairstylist I trust. She does amazing at listening to what you want and making the results even better than you’d imagine. I always feel restored and confident after getting my highlights redone. She also does a great job when it comes to cutting, layering, and styling. Beyond her professional skills, she is such a sweetheart who actually cares about her clients life and comfort. I’ve been going to Shay for a few years now, and she’s absolutely amazing. She gets exactly what I want every time—cuts, highlights, everything—without me having to over-explain. She’s especially great with curly hair, which is hard to find. On top of that, she’s fun to hang out with and makes every appointment enjoyable.

I’m really picky about my hair, but all I can say is that SHAY IS AMAZING!!!! She just GETS it. She’s creative and intuitive, and really good with color. She is the only person that has been able to keep my hair from turning orange when I dye it. She has cut, colored, and styled my hair and even did hair and makeup at my wedding. I truly could not recommend anyone else, and I’ll never go to anyone else!
