I'm normally a Sports Clip customer, but went to see Lily while getting my car windows tinted nearby. Cash only. I left my cash in my car while getting it tinted. I asked her if she would cut my hair anyway and I would bring her cash before closing. She not only trusted me, but she gave me a great cut for more than half the price of Sports Clip. No wash, no shoulder massage, not much of a talker like at Sports Clip, but a real good detailed men's cut. I'm coming back! Thank you, Lily!

I don't know if the lady today is the owner or an employee, she is very rude and has a bad service. I feel uncomfortable the way she answer my question about what is good for my hair. I think we disturb her even though there is nobody in the Salon. We end up to another salon because of her arrogant! I'm Not gonna come back to this Hair Salon Family Hair Cuts even though this Salon is close by our house!!!

I've been coming here for about 10 years and I have never had a problem. I always get exactly what I ask for. Service is fast a great. Mainly Spanish speaking.

They should use rulers to help them make straight hairlines cause it be way off. I asked for the biggest a 6 and they pretty much shaved my head bald.
