Very poor service and Customer Service I went in on October 9 for highlights my highlights turned out very brassy, orange and The Blonde is yellow also, The back of my hair was highlighted 4 inches away from my scalp, I will provide pictures below which looks like I haven’t highlighted my hair in Months I discussed it with Ash and she Said it would take time to get my hair More blonde in the upcoming appointments and that she didn’t want to put a different toner in my hair because my hair would turn gray Which sounded very confusing to me after having my hair highlighted for 15 years, but I trusted in her and was looking forward to my future appointment in December to find out that because of my concern of my hair and the way it turned out my appointment was canceled in December and now As

Review specifically for Briana! My last few haircuts were horrible at other salons, so bad that I hadn't had a cut in nearly a year because I had been so devastated. I explained it to her and she was very understanding, agreed with the issues I was seeing with the previous cuts. I was super nervous but she made me so much more comfortable by asking me about my life instead of lecturing me about my naturally curly texture or pushing products on me as other salons have done. She gave me a blowout after the cut per my request because I don't like other people styling my curly hair for me, so I can edit my review once I do it with my natural hair texture but so far I am very happy. It's been 8 days and I STILL have beautiful body and flips from the blowout. A bit of dry shampoo after a few day

I love this place. I first came in January after my normal Ulta stylist seriously butchered my hair on the day of my senior prom. I had Brittany, and she did me right. I have super thick and dense hair, and I’ve always been cautious about getting it cut right. Brittany knew exactly what to do with my usually difficult hair. I can proudly say that 7 months later, my hair doesn’t feel nearly as heavy and suffocating as it would with other stylists after 3. I came back to get highlights done and I love what Katie did with my hair. She understood my vision, and was so fun to talk to. It cost me less than I expected, and came out perfect. I want to give a huge thanks to everyone at Salon RX. I called yesterday in tears after having a horrible cut and color experience at a salon in Littleton. They fit me in for a consultation same day and when I got there did the consultation Brittany. (Gary and Katie were also just wonderful!) They fit me in between Brittany's clients and with her expertise and the assistance of staff we got it done! Brittany killed it. My hair had foil lines, the wrong low light color along with just the wrong everything. Walking around like that for the last week has been the most uncomfortable and unconfident I've ever felt. I just experienced one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had with an appointment in my entire life. I came in for a simple trim, where all I needed was for my hair to be sprayed with the bottle and trimmed. My hair is all one length and super easy to trim. I saw Alyssa, who I saw last time and she did great last time and it was all even. What just happened to me felt like I met a different person. I sat down and Alyssa began berating me that my hair was not a maintenance cut and she didn’t have time for me (mind you I’m already sitting with the black protector on). I explained that I had told the secretary exactly what I needed, and Alyssa referred to my cut as a maintenance cut last time (as noted on my account).
