My first time with Deb was more than a 5 star experience! From the quality of cut & color expertise to the awesome person she is, was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Deb. I had a surprise visit from her handy man, John, who added an element of comedy that could warrant a cover charge! I already booked my next appointment.

Had my hair cut at the Hair Quarters in Muncy yesterday. She was very professional and very chatty. The whole process was done in less than half an hour. That was a shoulder length hair to a Pixie Cut, LOVE what she did!!

Instant karma. Not only did I get the best cut I've had in more than 20 years, but I enjoyed some delightful banter with Debbie and a permanent fixture of a fellow waiting in the wings. Seriously, though ... Debbie took one look at the photo I showed her and set to work. As I was putting on my jacket, she came running over with her razor to fix a rogue wisp in my bangs that measured less than a nanometer. The Hair Quarters does it right, and more. Thanks, Debbie!

She is the owner, stylist and aficionado of the Hair Quarters in downtown Muncy on Main St. I discovered Deb over 10 years ago when I happened to be talking to a friend one night. I told her I had a major dilemma trying to find a stylist who would listen to what I wanted and would be able to fulfill my wishes. She said I know just the woman for you.
