I have been going to this salon for over 10 years, and that alone should say everything. I’m not someone who normally enjoys getting my hair done, but I genuinely look forward to coming here because of Jenny and Belgin (Jenny’s assistant). Jenny is beyond talented—she consistently makes my hair look amazing every single time. She’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about her clients. Belgin is just as incredible and makes the entire experience even better. She is so welcoming and thoughtful, always checking in with everyone while their color is setting to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. I have been coming to Jenny at Hair Pros of Columbia for years! I drive from Woodbridge,VA every 5to 6 weeks because I get so many compliments on my hair and color from so many people for years. She is now integrating my grey hair to let me age gracefully! You cannot go wrong with any of these beautiful hairdressers. They work as a team and it is so relaxing here! Love this place! Jenny has been my stylist for a few years now. The thing I love the most about her is that she's always upfront and honest with me about whether or not a hair color or cut will work for me. The honesty is part of what keeps me coming back because I know she's not interested in just taking my money, she wants to ensure that I'm well taken care of. She's also saved me multiple times from my home experiments with dying and cutting my hair on my own. I have never felt bad or embarrassed about walking into her salon and showing her the mistakes I made with my hair. I love Hair Pros!! Rosella and Jenny are amazing stylist and you can’t ask for a better experience. They are friendly and very skilled. My favorite part is getting the best Shampoo treatment from Belgrin. The salon is inviting and clean. I’m always offered a beverage when I come in. They are well priced and offer a lot of product options. I found them by accident, but have stayed for years.
