Hair Plus Nails

I have been going here for 10 years for eyebrows, I love Kathy and she will always have my heart (5 stars), but the new workers that have been hired have gotten lazy. During one of my sessions one of the ladies said "oops" as she took too much hair off. However, what ultimately upset me was that at my most recent eyebrow appointment one lady tried doing both the top and bottom eyebrow in one strip instead of doing each section separately resulting in uneven eyebrows. I'm usually not a harsh at critiquing and just want even, clean brows, even if they are thin, but my heart hurts seeing the lack of care in recent months

I don’t normally like to post negative reviews on businesses but this case was different. My mom went in for a pedicure and told the gentlemen who was doing her pedicure she was in pain. After many complaints he didn’t seem to care and carried on being extremely aggressive. I’ve personally came here and know first hand that certain employees are extremely rough when it comes to pedicures. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience, for us it has been far from relaxing and quite the opposite to be Frank.

I like coming here. The prices are very reasonable and for the most part they always do a good job on my pedicures! Its always clean & they are usually nice. For christmas they gave out gifts if you had services over $35. I thought that was super sweet! Very unexpected! Also had a raffle too! I’m gonna keep coming here!

This is a SORRY nail salon. The manicure I paid $90 for is absolutely not worth the price, plus my nail beds are ruined due to how they remove acrylic from your nails. I was absolutely stunned when a nail tip was used to remove my old acrylic instead of a soak off. These technicians don't clean your nails, don't shape your nails, or offer the proper care that should be catered to your nails when it comes to a manicure. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and sloppy. My technician had a rotten attitude the entire time while doing my nails, was steady huffing and puffing for no apparent reason and was just very cold towards me.

I like coming here to get my eyebrows and pedicures done occasionally. The place is clean and well maintained. Of the many visits, I've only had one issue with a pedicure, and the owner quickly stepped in to fix it. The owner is nice and pretty down-to-earth. I also appreciate the diversity of staff I've seen over time.
