Hair Park Studio

I called to schedule an appointment for a haircut, and ask about coloring services. I was told I was being given an appointment with somebody named Faith. I asked what level stylist Faith was because I have thick coarse curly hair, which can be difficult to cut, and Gail who had answered the phone hung up on me. I then attempted to call back and she refused to answer the phone a second time. Still thinking there must have been some kind of a mistake, I called back a third time and she hit ignore and sent me straight to voicemail. I still don't know what I did wrong. I think it's within every client's right to inquire about their stylist experience. I've never been treated so badly by a salon in my entire life. These people are horrible and should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough! Every time I go I get consistent quality service. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I especially recommend Amanda! She took her time and treated me very well. She recommended a few things and the outcome was better than I could have anticipated. I will definitely be coming back here again and again.

1000% would recommend Hair Park Studio. Tammy and Amanda just saved my hair after an at-home bleach gone wrong. They took great care of me, were good company, and my hair looks better than I ever could have imagined! Thanks ladies!

I called and got in the next day for a highlight and cut. Gayle was very courteous and friendly. She did a spectacular job and exactly what I wanted. The color & cut looks great!! I would recommend to anyone. ☺

After 2 entire days of waiting for a phone call and having 1) stopped by the place to ask if they had an opening I could fill, 2) called 4 times because no one would answer the phone but leaving only 1 message, 3) and calling back on the second day at about 5 pm when someone finally answered the phone, I was told for the second day that there were no openings and that everyone makes their own appointments. I decided to go somewhere else. Poor customer service. I mean how does one make an appointment for a last minute business trip and one decides to try and help the small business owner? Well I tried for 2- days. Give them a try if you have several days to waste.
