I had a horrible experience with Christie today. I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and down perm, and before she began, I showed her a picture of my hair from a past cut that I really liked. She acknowledged the picture and confirmed how I wanted my bangs. She proceeded to give me an absolutely terrible haircut—sharp lines without any blending, short bangs blowed up and back (as opposed to down at eyebrow level, like we had discussed), and extremely short sides. In summary, the haircut did not match the picture at all. She also cut my hair while dealing with several other customers at the same time, and as always, I had to wait for unreasonably long periods of time. This place is amazing they are very skilled my son got a fade with a perm and he looks so good they were so fast and excepted us as a walk in no problem only 2 ladies where working today and getting everyone’s hair done working on 2 and 3 people at a time so amazing!!

My first experience here was great - my hair was cut in a timely manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a skin fade. The second time I went with my partner and scheduled an appointment for 1:15pm. Unfortunately, this appointment was ignored and I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after. My partner left and decided not to get a haircut since he was not seen by 2pm.

I've gone here several times already despite the 1 hour drive for me because this is the best hair salon that specializes in Asian hair I have ever been to. The hairdresser Jay works so fast and efficiently and is so good at what she does. Walk ins welcome but better to set an appointment ahead of time as there can be many customers.

They are the worst! They try to make money fast and you will be sitting there forever while they serve at least 5 other customers in between while you will be sitting with a color on hair for 2 hours. They also give preference to which customers they want to serve fats regardless the fact they might be coming way later than you. They charge though like a professional salon. Don't waste your money.
