On November 16, 2025, I purchased a human hair wig for over $300 from this store and had it professionally installed. At first, the wig looked beautiful. Unfortunately, within a few weeks it began shedding badly, and visible thin and bald spots developed (photos attached). On December 28, I returned to the store wearing the wig to show what was happening. While I was calmly explaining my concern, one employee laughed and smiled in a way that felt mocking and disrespectful. I asked why he was smiling because this situation was not funny to me. The manager then told me the issue was caused by products I used, placing the blame on me. I want to be clear: I did not go in demanding a refund at first. Love this beauty supply store, everyone is so nice and friendly and always greeting me with a smile. Especially this one named Gina she showed excellent customer service and was very patient and attentive to my needs.. 10/10 Would definitely recommend

Best beauty supply they got out here yall im not going to lie 10/10 I drive all the way from Palmdale and I love it they need to open in Palmdale to and did mention Customer service 10/10 great prices and they always running sales this definitely my favorite store

The hair, the customer service, the whole thing was incredible. My mother is going through cancer treatment and we came here to look at wigs for her and we were greeted with so much positivity. They made this scary experience so amazing. We got two wigs and they hooked us up with everything she would need.
