I had an amazing experience at this beauty supply store. The store is extremely clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. Everything is displayed neatly, which makes it simple to find exactly what you’re looking for without feeling overwhelmed. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The staff is outstanding. The men working there are polite, and genuinely kind. They greet customers with respect and are always ready to help without being pushy. Their customer service is truly top-notch — they answer questions patiently, give helpful recommendations, and make sure you leave satisfied. North County girls, gays, theys, hims, step up! Heck, bring the whole crew! I’m making this video in the parking lot outside the store because I wanted to sound the alarm immmmmmediately. This store is BEAUTIFUL! Great vibes, selection, location, quality, customer care, and price. I am so incredibly impressed right now. I came in 10 minutes before closing (I know I knowwww yuck of me, but I had my reasons 😩😮‍💨) and the three gentlemen who own it were so welcoming. I ended up being there a few minutes after close and they did not make me feel rushed at all. Seriously, such a well thought out and high quality selection. It’s also next to one of my favorite Dollar Trees so I’m about to be a part-time resident. Show them some love.
