Hair Mill

I get my haircut monthly with Dave. Best in the Menlo Park area! He is very personable, professional, and does an outstanding job. He does a hair wash and is very consistent in what he does. Best to come in with an appointment but he can squeeze you into his schedule if he has availabililty. He is in touch with the local community so I always enjoy hearing his opinions on what is going on. I do not always agree with what he says but we always have interesting and respectful conversations.

I had a great experience at Hair Mill! The barber, an older gentleman, was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and made sure I was happy with every step of my haircut and beard trim. He really paid attention to the details, and his friendly attitude made the whole visit pleasant. We shared a few laughs, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut. Highly recommended!

I received a quality hair cut from the Hair Mill, however the experience was unpleasant. This shop has been open for 40 years, the politics and views on race and class I heard seem to be what I would have expected hearing in 1973. These views were proffered unsolicited and always with a pause in the cutting of hair. As I said the hair cut is quality but I will not return. Be forewarned also that they do not accept credit cards, hair cuts include a shampoo and will take 45 minutes to an hour.

Great! They wash your hair. He was very attentive and made sure he was doing what I wanted. Will definitely go back.
