Great experience with Amanda. First time having a longer beard and she took her time making sure I felt good about the style we did. Definitely will be a customer moving forward.

Went twice, first haircut and beard trim was good no complaints. Second time I went made appointment online the guy that did my haircut did not even check what I scheduled online for, I am not sure what went wrong in the communication but not impressed with a appointment scheduling that is not used. The hair cut was ok, but the whole time I was in the chair he asked what I did for work then asked questions which is common for me. My problem was the conversation was a ever other word f this and s that, just not professional, or appropriate . If was a parent of a young child within earshot I would have probably left. The first haircut and service made me come back the second one, I will not go back

I took two of my three boys here for the first time, and the haircut my 16-year-old received was absolutely terrible. Thankfully, the staff at Lady Jane’s were able to fit us in the same day and fix it as best they could, but it will still take weeks to grow out. For a teenager, this is one of the worst experiences imaginable. The blending was nonexistent, his sideburns were completely shaved off, and it was bald all the way to his widow’s peak. There were even random bald patches that looked like the clippers slipped down to the skin. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location—especially with kids—to think twice. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Went in and put myself in the computer sat down and then was told if I did not have a appointment they could not help me. Turning away business. Wow. If u want to be spoiled and a good haircut this is the LAST place I recommend! So much money they are turning customers away.

Respectfully got a pretty bad haircut from lance. He is a nice guy, but just felt he didn’t know what to do with longer curlier hair. Left my hair longer on one side than the other. Ended up going to a different place to get help. Good environment very clean and kind but just didn’t get a good cut.
