Hair Matters

I have finally found someone in Lenoir, at Hair Matters, who listens to what I want, and will cut my hair based on my years of experience with hairstyles. Her name is Tracy! She is exceptionally skilled, precise and a perfectionist. Confident enough in her own skills and technique to take an idea, acknowledge its benefits, but to also make suggestions for a better or different way to accomplish a style, while reminding the customer the choice is always their's. At last, I can quit butchering my own hair by cutting it myself, because I know each time I go, it will be cut, and look, the way I want to wear it - even if I change the style every time! Thank You, Tracy !!

I took my two daughters to Hair Matters. We had never been previously. I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere. All the ladies were very polite, professional, and helpful. The service's they provide are second to none, and they do it with a smile. If you haven't tried Hair Matters you are missing out on great service.

Tracy Hendrick has been my beautician for years. Extremely personable and friendly. She has cut my hair; highlights and permed it as well. She always does an absolute AWESOME job!!!! I will not go to another beautician.

I've been seeing Tracy for over 10 years. I went to a well known spa that was closer to wear I live. They damaged my hair to the roots and it was coming out in hand fulls! Tracy literally saved my hair... what was left of it. She did my hair for my sister's wedding. I loved it and hated taking it down. I drive from Deep Gap which is on the other side of Boone and will NEVER see anyone but Tracy. All the ladies here are great!

This was my first visit for a haircut, and I am extremely happy with Tracy. The salon is pleasant and clean. I plan on being one of Tracy's regular.
