Price to high for what he is selling the starting tax is 50 cent the man is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend if you go somewhere else!!!!!!

Owner is very rude and inpatient‼️ You’ll get no smile or customer service skills😡 make sure you read the return policy correctly at register bc he changed his return policy you might want to shop some where else 2get more bang for your bucks cash 💰 friendly😊

One of my favorite wig stores when purchasing wigs. I just wish the owner had better people skills. Your lucky if you can get a HELLO! The neighborhood is supporting YOUR business; at the very least, you can show appreciation! Your customers don't OWE you anything!!

My aunt was in from out of town and wanted to purchase some hair to take back with her. My mother and I took her here and we were told by the owner they weren't allowed to look at any of the wigs except a few $20 ones in the front that they were not allowed to touch or try on only purchase. He didn't even attempt to help any of us with anything or to tell us goodbye/good day when he wasn't willing to help us. Seeing how you treated 2 elderly ladies shows me why the store was completely empty on a Friday afternoon. Hope this store closes soon and we get a hair store that wants to sell hair. I took them to Kings in North Versailles by the way. We got way better service and variety there and it was just up the road.

I don't like being tricked. I specifically asked for a 1B color in the item I purchased. The sales lady went to back to get the hair. I proceed to gather other items. I go to the cashier pay for my items get home and discovered that 1. My item is the wrong color 2. The item is the display item that everyone and they momma has tried on. Why wouldn't you tell someone that they are purchasing a display item. I NEVER BUY display items. From now on I will just go to Wilkinsburg. This store is over priced and sneaky.
