Hair Masters

I wasn’t happy with my experience. She was very rude both times I seen her. I came in for my appointment five minutes early and had to wait 15 minutes past my time due to a walk in client. When I referred to the picture i originally showed her prior to the appointment she didn’t even want to do what I asked for (only wanted to dye the money pieces not the black in the rest of my hair). She asked what she originally had quoted (in which she didn’t quote me to begin with) and again what I had showed prior to the appointment. She proceeded with an attitude. I left very upset because I didn’t get anything close to the color I had asked for. It’s the complete opposite, multiple different shades instead of all one color including mixing the back into the front where it shouldn’t have been, along

Michelle, does a great hairstyle, cut & colors . She stays busy. When you are in her chair, she focuses on you. Always ask you what do you have in mind considering your hair. Love, her! I drive from SW Georgia for my appointments.....
