Hair Masters B/S Lexington,KY

Of the three stores I visited today, this was probably my favorite. They are the best selection of accessories. Jewelry and cosmetics wasn't huge, but what they had was decent. Average to large selection of hair care products. Of course, lots of bundles and wigs. Large space, friendly service. Forewarning: they don't play when it comes to shoplifting and such. There is a wall of pictures of people caught shoplifting right next to the front door.

Learn to SMILE. They never smile and make you feel so UNWANTED and UNWELCOME. Now about the ridiculous $5 card minimum.. why are places with predominantly black consumers the ones that feel the need to enforce this?? I had more than a $5 ticket, and this, let’s just say less than friendly, clearly unhappy to see people, woman decided to speed check me out without letting me get all I needed. Then refused to finish my purchase without getting her extra five. But why.. it was your fault lady.

Some wigs need to come down but they cool and have a little bit of everything!

Lovely was LOVELY!! The customized, personal & caring service she gave us was exemplary. We didn't know anything (& there were 3 of us asking lots of questions & she patiently educated ALL of us)! There are no words that could express how much I recommend the Hair Masters Beauty Supply to anyone needing their services.

Ladys are super nice. Very willing to help. They dont make u feel uncomfortable and out of place. Check them out.
