I called in looking for a specific relaxer, they told me they had it and I came in and bought it. They have a lot of products, the staff is friendly. I was in and out in under five minutes. The gentleman at the cashier was also very nice. I don't really like that they take your bag at the front if you have a large one, but I am assuming they must have experienced a lot of shoplifting at some point.

The "supervisors/managers" of this store are ignorant and disrespectful to customers, and they like to follow customers in the store. Disgusting. They have no problem taking your money, but when you need to return defective items they don't take time to investigate. I purchased a nail polish but when I got home and opened it, I realized the glass was broken so I took it right back. The "supervisor" then proceeded to call me a liar and raised his voice although I was speaking calmly without attitude, trying to explain that he sold me a defective item. Not good business or good for this neighborhood.

Today I went to the beauty supply store to pick up some hair. Online it says the store closes at 7:30. I got there around 7:13 they were already closing. I tried to ask one the workers there an Asian man with glasses. He basically shooed me away with his hands. This is not the first time I had such an awful time there. That same Asian guy is the same one that follows customers around as if we are stealing. The atmosphere there makes me very uncomfortable. 😑👎🏾😑

They will follow you around the store if youre black. Actually, the asian store owner literally ran after me as i browsed the store if I’m being exact. They even watched me too closely as i was leaving the store after spending like $40. How rude. I won't be returning. I’ll just take the 47 right to the black owned beauty supply store some blocks away.

The parking lot is a nightmare, but that's not the store's fault. Positive experience. v
