Hair Link 2 Beauty Supply

I had a very disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. When I walked in, I saw a woman behind the counter helping another customer, so I patiently waited. That transaction took about 5–10 minutes. During a break in their conversation, I asked if they sold needle and thread — she said yes, so I continued to wait. A few minutes later, an Asian man who also appeared to work there came in. Since the woman was still busy, I asked him about the needle and thread, and he told me it was behind the counter. I stood there with my money in hand, expecting him to help me. He walked behind the counter but never assisted me, said nothing, and walked away — without acknowledging me or letting me know someone else would help. Eventually, the woman finished with the first customer and rang me

According to their signage, they close at 7:30pm. I arrived at 7:18pm and they said they were closed and denied me service.

Worst beauty supply store so I bought some pack hair and decided to change hair instead the owner is gonna say u remember time or day you bougt hair I said not exactly it was about couple days or so pack never opened price everything is on their on the pack he refused to simply change hair mind you I always shop there ,we'll mot anymore poor service

My go to beauty supply store for my essentials. Amazing customer service. 10/10
