Update: I had the owner contact me and provide a refund and an apology For my experience, which I truly appreciated. She was willing to fix it however I did go elsewhere. I appreciate her efforts in making things right. I was hesitant to write this because the lady was so kind to me..but my haircut is awful. This individual had only been working for 2 years and never went to beauty school (was told this while my hair was getting cut). My hair is so crooked and lopsided. I got it done a month ago and was just putting it up in a pony tail when I could to avoid people from seeing it. But im now going elsewhere to have it fixed today. The issue I have is when I went in I wanted it cut only, and an even length cut at that (i did ask for curtain bangs as well but that shouldnt affect the even

As a regular customer, I can tell you this place is the best! Richy and the ladies are super friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the cuts, color, style, are amazing! You will love it! I started coming here about 3 years ago. My hair was in the worst shape ever! Richy brought it back to life, with a great new color and the perfect cut and style. The salon is clean, and seats are disinfected after each use. Masks are required.

Went for a much-needed cut/style with a vision I didn't know how to describe. Richy nailed it and in fact did better than what I imagined. I do not exaggerate when I say that I have never received more hair compliments in a single day after getting styled by Richy.
