Great options staff aren't super knowledgeable about certain hair.

So many great products for different races. They are always nice to me every time I go here. Always help me pick out the best wigs. The also have a big mirror i love taking photos in lol. Definitely will always be my favorite hair store . I don’t go no where else.💙

I purchased human clip in extensions a few weeks ago and was going to wear them for the first time today. I always wash them before I use them no matter where I get them from because of the smell of the hair itself. This is the amount of fall out from one wash. I was already disappointed with them when I opened the pack before I even washed them because of how thin they were. Now they are useless because of the amount of fall out. Not to mention, when I was in the store buying them, a woman was in there screaming at the employees about god only knows what and was threatening to get "the gang" to come in and handle things. Needless to say, my experience in the store as well as the horrible quality of hair will be why I do not purchase anything else and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a 80$ headband wig curly style 10 inch HORRIBLE!!!!!! It matted and tangled in the back!!! I tried everything nothing worked. Then I bought a pair of jeans shorts I know the return policy which is ridiculous it's like if it's over 7 days they won't do anything!!! I never wore the shorts at least a credit! Especially because of the wig which I didn't take in because of the shorts I knew they would do nothing!!! My thing is I shop at your store enough that there should be some considerations when things don't work out in my humble opinion. I'll keep coming back. Now I will never ever go back.
