Hair Land

This place is very small,everytime I go there, theres never any prices up on the shelves.they are always out of stock of things.its a very uncomfortable feeling of the older lady following you around in the store.When she went to ring up my 3 items of edge control products there's no way it came up to $90.i told her that that's absolutely absord and she needs to recalculate those items. She became very rude and indignant.So I left the items there and never returned.She is not personable and lacks customer service skills. This place needs to be reported to the better business bureau!

I'm visiting here from another state so therefore I didn't have many options to go to for my hair care products. This place gouges you! What I normally pay approximately $4 four ended up costing me 6.99! Because I don't know my way around and I'm trying to stay as close to my hotel as possible there are very limited options. But I'm very disappointed at how they almost double the price. I'm here for another two weeks if I need something related to my hair, i definitely won't be going here. So disappointed 😞 it also doesn't help that the prices aren't on the boxes.

Make sure your paying close attention when your items are being rung up or double checking your receipt for the price vs price on the shelf. This is the 2nd time ive had to get a refund on the spot in cash because i was overcharged for an item.

Tae was amazing help today I just lost my sister and and had too go in the store and he was nothing but a good help and gave me a discount due to my lost I’m so thankful for him everyone stop by and check them out

Pls Read: They will over charge you on items in the store. Because they don’t tag the price on the items they make up prices if you want it. And Some things may not even work I had to return a defective item. If you go in there enter at own risk because the old (Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese idk) Lady was standoffish to me and I’m spending my hard own money. The store doesn’t have a/c you will be in heat bring yourself a water bottle. I’m serious go to a more better hair and weave supply. Do not go here. Your services will not be appreciated. I will not ever return with my business, Y’all have been warned.
