Bianca is one of a kind!! The sweetest, funniest most talented hair stylist I have ever met 🥹. She really took her time with my hair and was very precise with everything. So glad I went to this beautiful salon and my experience was amazing!! I feel like a brand new person with my new hair, thank you so much Bianca definitely coming back to you forever!

First time going and I’d give 10 stars if I could! Bianca, is super sweet and welcoming! I felt like I’ve known her forever 😊! She definitely knows her stuff! She sat there & did her thing to make sure my hair turned out the way my inspo pic looked, all while taking great care of my hair. I couldn’t be happier!

Bianca was amazing !! She is so Knowledgeable and very patient. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Her assistant is amazinggggg as well. Found my forever salon !! I guess I’ll visit queens more often 😏

TLDR: talented with balayage technique, but struggles with color accuracy and communication i came in asking for an ash brown balayage. i even provided clear inspo pictures (see below) before booking and again during the consultation. she agreed to the color, though she kept referring to it as “mushroom brown.” i’m not the expert so i trusted her interpretation as long as it matched what i showed her. unfortunately, the result was far from what i asked for. it turned out to be a warm, dark brown with none of the ashy tones i wanted, which was especially disappointing with my wedding only a week away. when I expressed my concerns, she tried to fix it by toning my hair three more times, but it still wasn’t close to the ashy shade i requested. she did offer a complimentary toner session befo

Bianca has been doing my hair for 5+ years and has been the only stylist that has exceeded my expectations. She is patient and understanding and takes the time to walk you through the process and educate. I’ve been changing my hair up from dark red, brown, blonde and even pink and my hair has maintained its integrity and is now the longest it’s ever been. I recently convinced my mom to go to Bianca because she wants to eventually grow out her grays and had a variety of colors on her hair from box dying and grow out. And again Bianca took the time to consult my mom and explain the different options she had for what she imagines as her end goal. She left the salon with such confidence, which she has no felt in some time. The time and the money is worth it 👏🏼
