The staff was very patient and helpful. The store had LOTS of products! The prices were reasonable!

The women working here are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! I purchased hair for a protective style and ended up not liking it after working with one pack, so I returned the hair two days later. This process wasn’t an issue, and I was able to exchange it with ease for the hair I wanted in the first place - see the attached photo for details on this policy. The store is well stocked with all your wig, weave, and product needs. Definitely give Hair Joy a chance!

My friend and I visited Hair Joy this afternoon to make some purchases, but unfortunately, the customer service was subpar. My friend bought a wig, and I intended to do the same, but the young lady who assisted us was rude and dismissive. When I asked her questions, she seemed aggravated. I wanted to bring this to your attention because if she is representative of Hair Joy, she fell short of expectations. She was the one with her hair clipped up and wearing big lashes. The older lady was assisting other customers, and had I not been in a hurry, I would have preferred her assistance. It would be beneficial for the young lady to refine her customer service skills or consider an alternative role, such as working in the stock room.

Me and my friend went here today . I myself purchase a wig . The person that helped was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills . All we was tryna to do was ask questions but she just had ajbnasty attitude. Next time I will go elsewhere

Inaccurate hours, closed at 6pm randomly yet google hours say they should be open smh
