Tia does her thing all the time she’s always so welcoming and my hair always comes out beautiful

Unprofessional! Called 8am to book my appointment for 12:45pm. Drove 30min, only for her to say she can’t do my hair. I usually don’t leave bad reviews for people especially small black businesses. However, what happened to me could have been avoided. Whoever’s in charge of her appointments need to do better because they had enough time to call me to not come. It’s shows they don’t value customers.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this is unbelievable. This is absolutely the worst “silk press” I’ve ever had. First, I came in and nothing was said to me but “hi” only because I said hi first. Then I sat and waited for her to say she’ll be right with me or let me know why she was doing some one else’s hair and not ready to service me. Then after 8 minutes of ignoring me I proceed to ask if I could come at a later time and I was told no because I was her last client of the day. From that alone I should have left. Everything seemed to be going well up until I actually saw my hair in the mirror when I was done. My hair was puffy immediately after it was done and looked wild. I was told that my natural hair wasn’t moisturized enough when I’ve never been told that before. I felt more water in

First time walking in Hair Is the manager was very nice greeting her customers. The place is very clean, they are very protective from the covid to make sure they keep everyone social distance. My daughter gets her hair done with Keyonna and she first time meeting her she wants to go back. I give them a 5 out of 1.

Tia always does my hair to perfection, my hair goes through a multitude of changes that can't be controlled but Tia makes it work!! She is always prompt, her prices are fair and she is very accommodating..
