I'm always treated with great service and my hair looks wonderful.

I have been getting my hair done by Dora for a while now and my hair was very damaged but now it is healthy and very long because she takes good care of it ! 10/10 experience . (she also does very good extensions and eyebrows)

If your not bilingual or in there little friend square stay away , Rossi has terrible customer service communication skills , when I asked questions about a typical style and service she ignored and did not get back to me . Shop atmosphere is very dis comforting and not professional place at all .

Dora did my hair. She had a really bad attitude the entire service. I asked if she would turn the drier down to the medium setting as she was burning me. She said okay and turned it down. Then as soon as she started blowing drying my hair again she clicked the button back on to high heat. I decided not to say anything. At the end of the service another employee asked how much she was going to charge me (in Spanish) Dora replied noventa ($90) the other employee said “en serio!” Dora said yes only her hair (in Spanish) Because she knew that was a ridiculous amount to charge for a blowout and trim. I paid just fine but I asked for the breakdown of the service because I was curious to why it had been so much. She had an attitude about me questioning. My issue is being overcharged and then spok

I’ve been going here for years , this passed weekend I’m not sure if she was rushing or not but she burned me the entire time with the blow dryer . Then she burnt my head with the flat iron and said sorry . I still Gave her a tip bc i love the owner . This was the Spanish girl that is when you first walk in to the far right corner. I didnt Think the burn was that bad from the flat iron untill i got up the nest day it scabbed up and now its fallen off and i have A huge mark on my for head . This is the first time this has happen I’m not sure if the girl is new or was rushing but it seemed very very rushed .
