Never have I ever felt this comfortable being black shopping in a beauty supply... As soon as I walked in i received a warm welcome that if I needed any help just let them know. I was able to shop without being followed and looked at as an African American. It is very hard to walk into other stores without encountering any problems. Thank you, Hair Highness You gained a new loyal customer loyal customer for life.

It's been a long time since I've been in a beauty supply where I didn't get followed around from the minute I walked inside. So great experience on that part to feel like I didn't have to rush lest they think I'm stealing. The other customers were also really kind and chatty (like when I was struggling to choose between two braiding hair colors and got help choosing what was best for my skin tone)

Summer is absolutely wonderful! Shes patient and helped us with getting hair for boho braids. The store is clean and has everything you need.

Great selection of hair and other items. Took me forever!! to chose my wefts because their was so many options and GG was really nice and helpful she let me open and feel every package of hair I had 7-10 packages laid out out all over counter and GG and another nice lady helped answer all my questions shared their opinions and thoughts with me and my experience here was just overall great! Definitely worth the drive. Their prices are so affordable compared to other places and let me tell you the quality of hair is amazing I bin sampling tons of hair I even had a chance to sample bellami hair and some of the brands GG showed me were right up their I mean the hair was so thick!
