I booked a appointment with Arika McGowan and she changed our set time which was at 5 back 2 hours and I told her I would just like a refund because I couldn’t make it at that time I booked for a certain time that she failed to be on time for so when I asked for a refund back of $80 for a silk press she refused to give it to me , even though I never received my services ! I never got my hair done and it was her fault I was on time and she still refused to give me a refund so unprofessional

Alicia took me at the last minute, beacuse another braider canceled on me last minute. She did a wonderful job on my hair. I highly recommend coming to see her.

I asked how much it will be 2 start my locks up again she said $815 there is no way I'm gonna pay a mortgage 4 starting medium locks.....#1 do not recommend Hair Heiress n if it's that expensive y does the shop look the way it is.....If u know u know

The owner is a bit rude and unprofessional. She acts like she’s doing you a favor by doing your hair. I think a lot of hair stylist forget that it’s a service industry and not only should your work be good but, also your customer service. She was about 30-45 minutes late to a 10AM appointment. I thought I was the only head she had to do but no, she had three total heads at 10 AM. She never once apologized for being late, instead she rushed to braid us down. I understand that things happen but you should still at least be remorseful and at least make us feel like you care. All in all, the hair i bought from her store is soft, doesn’t tangle and minimal shedding. i like the hair. the sew in is very tight and bulky looking. Not a flat install at all. I probably will not visit this salon ever
