Hair Guard Beauty Supply

I've been to Hair Guard Beauty Supply a couple of times, and overall it's a good place to shop. They have a great selection of products — definitely one of the better-stocked beauty supply stores in the area. Customer service is generally good, but there is room for improvement when it comes to communication. It would be helpful if staff made sure they fully understood what you're asking for, rather than suggesting alternatives — especially when the item you're looking for is actually in stock. I still appreciate the variety and will continue shopping here.

I went there to buy some hair products that I've been using for many years it is the super gro hair grease it makes my hair very shiny I like it a whole lot it really works

So I'm not to sure what to say about this store I have a problem and when I called the man he begans to tell me what I did and didn't do after the first time the lady rung me up 2 times on earrings so I had to come all the way back to the store get my money . So I put the earrings in the bag to show him I only had one pair and I never got then back about time I noticed I was already home and when I called to let him know the mistake of him taking them back he insisted on telling me no so I won't ever be going back . Make sure they don't double swipe your card or add extra on your bill !

I have been going here for years, since I was in elementary. The owners are always to kind and both them and their employees with help you to the best of their abilities. And if they do not have exact what you're looking for they will recommend somewhere that might.

I went shopping in there for the first time and everything we touched and everywhere we looked a young store clerk followed us pretending that they were fixing or moving objects that we just finished viewing. When confronting the young lady a male store clerk told my mother she could leave. They dont want us here and that she was paranoid. Two people cannot be paranoid....but I guess two black people are...go figure.
