Called in and made an appointment with Katie. After years of really bad haircuts I finally got a great haircut, she did a fantastic recovery, listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Well definitely be back.

Bought a Groupon but got a refund after I talked to Katie, who lacked listening comprehension. She never thanked me for my purchase and treated me as a burden. She immediately told me the Groupon price was wrong and it would be an additional $55. Also, they don’t usually accept Groupon on Saturdays. She said that I was asking for a color correction so that would be even more money. I told her I had no dye on my hair and I just needed the baylage to camouflage my gray. She argued with me that hair color is permanent and even if I had color years ago it was still there. I explained that it wasn’t possible because I literally had my hair cut down to a 2 inch pixie cut the last time it was colored over 2 years ago and I just recently trimmed 6” off my hair, along with other trims in the last 2

I purchased a Groupon it was a cut shampoo balayage and style. I went in and as soon as I mentioned the Groupon the attitude completely changed. She put some color on my hair but it was no balayage making the comment she didn't want to use to much product. She cut my hair and it's uneven didn't even try to be personable about it. I like layers and side bangs she cut the length I wanted but nothing else. She didn't style my hair just a blowdry. This was a backup birthday present from a friend because the original got cancelled. I don't get to pamper myself very often because of work so I waited from September until now. Ugh I literally cried I was meeting family afterwards and had to meet them with a dye stained head uneven hair and a non balayage

Sonia is the absolute best!!! We go regularly for cut & color, so it was a no brainer to ask Sonia to do my wedding hair! She is absolutely fantastic, and did an amazing job.

I purchased a Groupon, have called and left messages, emailed and no one has returned my call! Now it’s past the time to get refund from Groupon so it’s on me. Last Groupon I will ever purchase for a service like this!
