Went in to get braiding hair they have a minimum of 5 on card okay bet decided to treat myself to a yarra perfume I’ve been eyeing as I walk home I pull it out to scan the identification code turns out it’s fake I call them to ask their return policy to which I mention they sold me a fake perfume for the actual price and all the employee said was “oh” got quiet for a second then told me all they could do was give me store credit or an exchange like if y’all gonna sell fakes how the hell y’all gonna sell it for the more then the original price and less product smh never again it’s my fault for thinking my hair store could be reliable

The store has a great selection of hair products especially for curly and coily hair. However the prices of products is ridiculous! I can find many of these things for half the price at other beauty supply stores. The workers are also not the friendliest, last Saturday the cashier rolled her eyes at me after I decided to not buy the item as only certain totals can be bought with card. Do not waste your money here!

What they’re doing should be illegal. Everything is marked up to the extreme. a SINGLE bundle of synthetic hair is like $40 for ONE even a wig that cost usually $50-$60 is somehow $100 at this location they take the regular price of normal items and double it at least DO NOT SHOP HERE

Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. Happy Labor Day. After getting out of my Lyft ride, I didn't drive since it is a holiday and I would not get a parking spot when I arrived home, since neighbors have cook outs. That was a great decision. When I arrived home, I would have had to park in the middle of the street or up the street. I needed a bag since my bag had fallen apart. The nice store owner gave me a bag. I was so appreciative that I bought some items, such as an umbrella, some wig caps, fish net pantyhose and a wig stand. I was trying to purchase a wig stand from Ebay but the seller declined my offer. God came through unexpectedly.
