Hair Factory & Beauty Supply

The entrance to The Hair Factory (CDC) is simple. They offer lots and lots of hair. I had no idea it was so many different routes available. They have plenty to choose from. There are lots of other hair products available as well. It is a lot going on in there. They have a variety of hair for braids, extentions, hair pieces, straight, curly, even for the littles. The man inside, maybe the owner, was very nice and helpful. I will be back.

Worst customer service ever; bought a body cream from them that ended up being expired, took it back and the lady that is the manager could not even do an exchange, claiming that the product was good when you can clearly tell is was expired with all the brown gooey stuff all over it; she clearly has no knowledge of her products. DO NOT RECOMMEND DON'T BUY HERE!

I noticed several products are dry rot meaning they have been on the shelf too long are could have been tainted.

I went to this store today to purchase some hair. The guy did greet me as soon as I walked in, however he was helping a customer who wanted to purchase some trimmers. I patiently waited until he was done with the transaction. Once he was finished, he started helping a lady who came into the store AFTER me. So I left. It's sad how these local businesses easily lose sales left and right.
