Was the place place ever I will be going back from now on super friendly and clean

I cannot review their quality of their work, but the way I was treated was terrible. I was scheduled to do a hair trial for my up coming wedding. I live 4 hours away so it is hard for me to get the time to come down for it. I was told that they would work for me and even offered me a time before hours. I was thinking wow this is amazing I can do this and then go to my bridal shower same day. No one showed up until opening time which was the time I needed to leave for my shower. I was so devastated by the fact that I was forgotten. The ladies that were there first informed me that they only had my name and number in the schedule, but no time was written down and must have been a miscommunication on their part. I've been to this salon two times, both with Sarah. Both times I had to ask her to sweep up her last clients hair clippings! Gross! My appointment was first thing in the morning, and I noticed all the trash cans were full of yesterday's hair! Yuck! If they can't empty their trash cans, do you think they are appropriately cleaning other product's like their combs?! Probably not. .. Both times I went in and asked for a color, Sarah never showed me any options, she just disappeared put whatever shade of that color together, and then put it in my hair. My second time I got my hair done, I got charged $40 more than the first time, which no one told me would happen when I called to schedule my appointment, she didn't engage in conversation with me during my 3 hour hair Dye job, she clawed

The ladies at the Hair Factory are great. They are very nice and pay attention to what you want. I always walk away feeling beautiful. Thanks Sarah
